We are looking for one O&M (operations and maintenance) manager for Nepal on urgent basis.

Job description & Suggested KRAs:
Functions as a single point of contact for customer
Responsible for the total cell operation of Nepal with 3 supervisors reporting to him and should be able to manage a team of 30-40 people
Should be able to handle the review meeting with customers
Responsible for quality
Should be able to analyse the faults technically and deploy the resources accordingly
Should be able to submit the incident reports to customer with proper root cause analyses
Should be able to take care of fuel reconciliation with customer and vendors
Should be able to submit the diesel consumption reports to customer every fortnightly
Should be able to manage the help desk effectively and maintain the RT And Resolution time pertaining to major and minor calls with in specified SLA
Should be responsible for the complete profitability of the business unit
Qualification Graduate
Diploma / BE
Experience
8-10 years
He should have been in the field he is responsible for cell site maintenance and DG fuel reconciliation.
