Responsible for the total cell operation in region with technicians reporting to him and should be able to manage a team of 10-15 people
Should be able to handle the review meeting with customers
Responsible for quality
Should be able to analyse the faults technically and deploy the resources accordingly
Should be able to submit the incident reports to customer with proper root cause analyses to Manager and Customer
Should be able to take care of fuel reconciliation with customer and vendors
Should be able to submit the diesel consumption reports to customer every fortnightly
Should be responsible for the complete profitability of the business unit
Should be able to communicate with the Help desk .

Diploma / BE
Experience
4-6 years
He should have been in the field he is responsible for cell site maintenance and DG fuel reconciliation.
