Job Description | Candidate will be responsible for:- |
* Product introduction & product approval with telecom customers | |
* Making & submiting business proposals to customers | |
* Negotiations & closing of deals. | |
* Responsible for sales in assigned product category in assigned region | |
* Support for Maintenance & updation of MIS | |
* Provide full support to Key accounts team for data management & back-end operations | |
* Coordinate with production and commercial departments for meeting product delivery timelines of customer | |
* Payment followup & collection | |
* Reconciliation of accounts with the customers | |
* Conflict resolution with customer for documentation matters | |
* Handle new enquiries and provide customer support | |
* Upkeeping all sales records | |
* Updating weekly & monthly reports | |
* Interface with circle sales teams for sales related matters / order processing. | |
* Carry out any other duty assigned by the management from time to time | |
* Responsible for monitoring sales support activities like submission of invoices / proposals / payment collection / C-Form collection | |
* Collecting competitor information | |
* Retention & increase of market share for assigned product category in each account | |
Desired Candidate Profile: | |
1) Candidate should have Electrical Electronics Background and minimum 3 to 8 years experience in Sales of Telecom power products. | |
2) Candidate should have knowledge of Power Products Like:- | |
• SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supply) | |
• UPS | |
• Invertors | |
• Batteries | |
• Power Management devices | |
3) Excellent Communication Skills. |
