Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for:-

* Product introduction & product approval with telecom customers

* Making & submiting business proposals to customers

* Negotiations & closing of deals.

* Responsible for sales in assigned product category in assigned region

* Support for Maintenance & updation of MIS

* Provide full support to Key accounts team for data management & back-end operations

* Coordinate with production and commercial departments for meeting product delivery timelines of customer

* Payment followup & collection

* Reconciliation of accounts with the customers

* Conflict resolution with customer for documentation matters

* Handle new enquiries and provide customer support

* Upkeeping all sales records

* Updating weekly & monthly reports

* Interface with circle sales teams for sales related matters / order processing.

* Carry out any other duty assigned by the management from time to time

* Responsible for monitoring sales support activities like submission of invoices / proposals / payment collection / C-Form collection

* Collecting competitor information

* Retention & increase of market share for assigned product category in each account

Desired Candidate Profile:

1) Candidate should have Electrical Electronics Background and minimum 3 to 8 years experience in Sales of Telecom power products.

2) Candidate should have knowledge of Power Products Like:-

• SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supply)

• UPS

• Invertors

• Batteries

• Power Management devices

3) Excellent Communication Skills.
