| Job Description | Candidate will be responsible for:- |
| * Product introduction & product approval with telecom customers | |
| * Making & submiting business proposals to customers | |
| * Negotiations & closing of deals. | |
| * Responsible for sales in assigned product category in assigned region | |
| * Support for Maintenance & updation of MIS | |
| * Provide full support to Key accounts team for data management & back-end operations | |
| * Coordinate with production and commercial departments for meeting product delivery timelines of customer | |
| * Payment followup & collection | |
| * Reconciliation of accounts with the customers | |
| * Conflict resolution with customer for documentation matters | |
| * Handle new enquiries and provide customer support | |
| * Upkeeping all sales records | |
| * Updating weekly & monthly reports | |
| * Interface with circle sales teams for sales related matters / order processing. | |
| * Carry out any other duty assigned by the management from time to time | |
| * Responsible for monitoring sales support activities like submission of invoices / proposals / payment collection / C-Form collection | |
| * Collecting competitor information | |
| * Retention & increase of market share for assigned product category in each account | |
| Desired Candidate Profile: | |
| 1) Candidate should have Electrical Electronics Background and minimum 3 to 8 years experience in Sales of Telecom power products. | |
| 2) Candidate should have knowledge of Power Products Like:- | |
| • SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supply) | |
| • UPS | |
| • Invertors | |
| • Batteries | |
| • Power Management devices | |
| 3) Excellent Communication Skills. | |
