There was an agreement on the diagnosis of economic meltdown but disagreement on the prescription. Several economic stimulus packages to boost the growth were introduced one after other and the efforts are still on to find the effective solutions. HR Heads have been walking on the tight ropes bringing several HR Interventions. In spite of mounting pressure several corporate(s) came out with innovative HR practices and found new recipe of success which created new energy to withstand and neutralize the recession effect.
