Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various telecom equipments to increase equipment reliability.
Providing technical support to clients for resolving critical technical issues.
Submitting field technical complaints, analysis and MIS reports to circle H.O
Identifying performance bottlenecks and taking adequate measures to rectify faults.
