Job involves appointing and managing retailers and dealer-distributor network and generate Sales.
Primary Sales as well ensuring secondary movement through the channel
Direct Sales to various Agencies/Institutions/Govt. Departments â€" managing Key Accounts.
Channel Appointment as per the Plan for the State or Area designated.
Point â€" of- Sale (PoS) Display of the Brand as well as product and implement Marketing Campaigns and other Sales Promotional Schemes
Reporting of Market Intelligence Reports on New Trends/Competitor Activities / Price Movements
Ensuring Channel Member Satisfaction through proper Service & Sales Supports.
Development & management of Company Showrooms/Franchisee as per the plan/market need
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Computer literacy is essential â€" Ms Excel and Word.
• Team player
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA-Marketing Min 2 yrs exp in hardcore FMCG sales.Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
DISTRIBUTOR CHANNEL NETWORK.WILL BE HANDLE TEAM OF DISTRIBUTOR.BRAND PROMOTION .RESPONSIBLE FOR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SALES .
