JOB STATEMENT
To provide support to two areas of the business 1) PPC 2) Sales. The individual will be customer focussed, being the first point of all customer calls into the office. Good skills in co-ordination and communication is necessary.The role will include support to the Sales team in Domestic as well as International Market.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports in developing a forecast for Production in communication with Sales team and monitor its authenticity with time.
- Track any new development happening in the plant and ensure its timely delivery to the customer.
- Provides timely feedback to Plant Head regarding product performance ( feedback from Sales).
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings & sales
- Updates Sales team about continious improvements and latest developments going into the plant.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
· To administer customer satisfaction measurements, and provide good management reporting on customer and feedback data using statistical tools
- Raise alarm from time to time regarding any discrepancy in delivery & Quality.
- Communicate with important persons in other Company plants and look for orders from various countries.
- Follow-up various functions of the organization in case there is delay in executions.
- Will always be in continous communication with Sales team and identify the new requirement / product mix. In short he should put efforts in seeking new products as per the existing capabilities to increase the business potential of the rubber factory.
- Keep a track on despatch of goods with Supply Chain and monitor the logistic timings.
- Ensuring systematic, smooth & result oriented functioning of his own department.
- Keep a track of Inventory levels as per the set targets.
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY
• Report directly to Plant Head (Rubber)
• Support the following staff with the sharing of information
- PPC, Engineering, Quality, Sales
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· B.Tech in any discipline with 6-8 years of experience in Customer Support.
· Should have worked 2-3 years in planning.
· Experience in analyzing and reporting on customer feedback, customer care systems and processes
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· A high level of computer skills is essential – Ms Excel, Power Point ,Word and SAP.
· Should possess good administrative skills...
· Highly motivated individual with good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Can handle stress
