Responsibilities
To greet all visitors/customers, prospective customers, and provide them with information, answer their questions.
To take phone inquiries from prospective customers and convert them to appointments.
To monitor and actively increase customer service on all levels.
To follow up all inquiries by telephone or mail.
To give counseling to students when necessary, in coordination with TCD.
To prepare pedagogical /progress cards for the following day's lessons; type up schedule for following day's lessons; put pedagogical/progress cards in folders for each teacher; post room allocation charts.
To take reservations and cancellations from students.
To work accurately on a daily base with the LCMS (Learning Center Management System).
To post data accurately in the computer regarding the status of student fee payments; inform students when their balance is low; confirm whether students are going to renew their contracts; collect cash from students.
To administer information regarding students' transfers and related billing.
To manage office administration, such as ordering supplies for the center.
To handle Petty Cash.
To prepare mailing lists and send direct mail for each campaign to people who have made inquiries as well as former students.
To maintain the reception area clean, organized and presentable at all times.
