Purpose of the job:
To build dealer network and providing business plan to the dealer for customer CAMC.
Reports to: Regional Service Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Complaint Register with the tracking of complaints resolution.
Providing technical assistance or guidance to the Service Technicians on the repeated and major complaints and to do root cause analysis.
Appointing new dealers and nurturing their day to day activities.
Periodical reviews with Service dealers on various dealership operations like Parts Inventory, Reordering, and SLA Adherence etc.
Updating DG Population
Periodical Review with Customer's O & M and with project team
Ensure timely Pos to be raised by service dealers for spare parts and dispatches from HO.
Ensure timely bill submission from Service dealers.
Scrutinizing of Monthly bills from Service dealers and forwarding the same to HO.

Able to work long hours in demanding conditions
Can travel for 15-20 days in a month at customer sites

Excellent communicator and relationship builder, able to deal with all levels of organizations
