Position – Quantity Surveyor Manager
Job Description
Responsible for quantity surveying processing of the invoices, controlling the project cost and time over-runs. He will examine the claims of the contractor, variation orders and prepare the progress reports as per the project requirements.
Calculation of quantities & prepare B.O.Q.
Preparation of Tender Document, Cost level & Estimates. Vendor Selection, Issue N.I.T., Finalize the work on reasonable rates to the vendors & issue the L.O.I./W.O./P.O. as required.
Prepare work order & purchase order for miscellaneous work.
Co-ordinate with Architect & Site Engineer.
Check & approved the Contractor,s bill.
Cross check the bill of contractor at site as per instructed by management.
Working on " SAP software (M.M. Module) " for billing & monitor the Contractor's payment & work orders.

Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate should be a graduate/diploma in Civil Engineering with experience in the field of estimating, reparation and processing of the invoices, analysing rates, checking survey details, levels and quantity measurements.
