Project Manager - Job Profile & Eligibility:
Technical expertise and proven ability of managing manufacturing plants/ projects. The technical combine of Project covers Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics (instrumentation and automation), cost control and specific energy conservation.
The incumbent would be responsible for project management, supervision, coordination & successful completion of the project in accordance with the requirement organizational policies / procedures, contract specification and time & cost specifications.
He is expected to establish and implement project plans, manage project budgets; monitoring cash flow and resources, enforce project standards as per national/ international standards.
He will identify project barriers and recommend risk mitigation techniques, induct technical reviews; manage team allocation, ensure safety / amenities of project comply with statutory legislation.

Strong Communication interpersonal & negotiation skills along with ability to perform well under pressure, Ideally, we are looking for a project leader who will be able to guide and motivate the entire project team to the ultimate satisfaction of the management.
