Are you hiring Smartly?

Are you hiring Smartly?

Have you ever wondered:

  • About your ROI on talent acquisition?
  • Whether the employees make the same contribution after joining, as they promised during interview?
  • If you hiring the right kind of people or you find the mismatch after they join you?
  • Whether it is important for only select people to be involved in interview process?
  • If the prospective employees are being interviewed by those who are trained or those who are available?
The biggest challenge with recruitment process is not the unavailability of skilled people, it's our inability to map right people for the right job.

Human capital is labeled as an invaluable asset of an organization. Right fit of people with their roles (based on Competency requirements) alone can make tangible, visible and valuable contribution to the top-line and bottom-line.

Only in such conditions people can be valuable assets.

There are some common practices and myths that need attention. Interviews are often conducted by those who are available and can be spared when the candidate arrives for interview.

It is a myth that a person who knows the job, can also interview better. Another popular myth is that seniority means better judgment during selection interviews.
