Job Roles & Responsibility :
1. Planning, Coordinating and supervising functional requirements for the SBH and providing dedicated secretarial/administrative assistance for routine work..
2. Ability to work independently and follow up on multiple tasks/projects.
3. Good Communication.
4. Good Computer and presentations skills.
5. Must have the exposure to International / Domestic Air ticketing.
6. Maintaining the confidential files/data bank for the Department.
7. Attending to Visitors as well as Customers meant exclusively for SBH.
8. Recording minutes of meeting.
9. Should be able to handle basic office equipment i.e Fax, Photocopy, Scanner etc.
10. Knowledge of shorthand.
